油管油杆即时清洗设备的研制及应用 被引量:3

摘要 传统清洗抽油杆外壁及油管内外壁上结蜡和污垢的方法是在修井作业中利用修井机将油杆、油管起出,然后将其放置在地面管架上,再对其进行清洗。针对这些缺点,设计了一种油管油杆即时清洗设备,应用该设备可以实现在起下油管油杆过程中对油杆外壁、油管内外壁进行清洗,其具有清洗效果好、工作效率高、油污不落地等优点。首先简要介绍了即时清洗设备的工作原理,油杆外壁、油管内外壁的清洗工艺;而后较为详细地论述了即时清洗设备各部件的设计选型与性能参数;最后概括论述了即时清洗设备在油田现场的成功试验应用情况。 The traditional method of cleaning wax and dirt on the outer wall of sucker rod and the inner and outer walls of tubing is to use workover rig to lift the rod and tubing out,place them on the ground pipe rack,and then clean it,which has the shortcomings of wasting energy,long operation time and environment pollution.Therefore,a kind of immediate cleaning equipment for tubing and rod is designed,which can be used to clean the outer wall of oil rod and the inner and outer walls of tubing in the process of lifting the tubing and rod.It has the advantages of good cleaning effect,high working efficiency,without oil contamination falling to the ground,and so on.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the working principle of the immediate cleaning equipment,the cleaning process of the outer wall of the oil rod and the inner and outer walls of the tubing;then discusses in detail the design,selection and performance parameters of each component of the immediate cleaning equipment;and finally summarizes the successful field test and application of the immediate cleaning equipment in the oilfield.
