Pipeline installation and construction technology used in Bahe tunnel

长输管道隧道穿越施工中材料供应为重中之重,隧道内运、布管的进度直接对焊接机组的施工进度产生影响,进而影响整个工程进度。川东北-川西输气联络线工程巴河隧道管道穿越工程中,隧道斜井段、平巷段的运、布管通过采用调度绞车、卷扬机和钢丝绳等作牵引,用移动龙门架运管小车进行运管,设置临时管墩进行布管,较好地解决了上述施工进度问题,实现了预期的工程目标。重点介绍了巴河隧道管道施工流程和准备工作,隧道内平巷段、斜井段管道运输与布置方法,计算了布管牵引力,对钢丝绳选型和地锚稳定性也进行了分析计算,最后对隧道内管道安装方法等进行了概括性的介绍。

The materials supply is most important in the construction of long distance pipeline crossing through tunnel.The pipes transportation and laying in a tunnel directly affects the construction progress of a welding group,and then affects the progress of the whole project.In the construction of pipeline crossing through Bahe tunnel in Northeast Sichuan-West Sichuan Gas Transmission Line Project,the pipes transportation and laying in the inclined shaft section and horizontal section of the tunnel are carried out by using winches and wire ropes for tracting pipes,movable gantry trolley for transporting pipes,temporary pipe piers for laying pipes,thus the problems of construction progress are well solved and the expected engineering goal is realized.This paper mainly introduces the construction process and preparation work of the pipeline crossing through Bahe tunnel,the pipeline transportation and arrangement methods for the horizontal section and inclined shaft section of the tunnel,calculates tractive force of pipe laying,analyzes selection of wire ropes and calculates stability of ground anchor,and finally gives a general introduction to the installation method of pipeline in the tunnel.
