提出了一种作动筒内置弹性卡爪锁的设计结构,介绍了上锁和开锁的工作原理,对弹性卡瓜锁的受力状态进行了分析,给出了锁结构关键部件的设计计算方法。该锁具有结构紧凑、不划伤缸筒、承载大、工作性能稳定可靠等优点,可为类似锁的设计提供参考。

A new design structure of an internal elastic claw-lock for actuator is presented in this paper.The mechanism of lock-up and unlocking is introduced,the loading state of elastic claw-lock is analyzed,and the design and calculation methods of key components of the claw-lock structure are given.This kind of claw-lock has the advantages of simple structure,high integration,no scratching cylinder,large load capability,and stable and reliable working performance,which can provide a reference for the design of other similar locks.
