摘要
为了有效解决纯电动汽车减速器性能试验台架结构复杂、安全可靠性差及耗能比较大的问题,专门针对纯电动汽车减速器动态密封试验,提出了一种纯电动乘用车用减速器动态密封试验台架,可利用直流电机对减速器直接提供上万转的驱动转速。该系统利用PLC控制技术,可按照设定程序进行自动控制,可实时监测减速器的试验转速和温度,切实提高了检验的自动化程度。
In order to effectively solve the problems of the performance test bench for reduction gearbox of battery electric passenger cars with complex structure,poor safety and reliability and large energyconsumption.This paper proposed a dynamic sealing test bench for reduction gearbox of battery electric passenger cars,which can directly use DC motor to drive reduction gearbox with tens of thousands of rotational speed.The system used PLC control technology,whichcan automatically control the test according to the predetermined program.And the systemcan also monitor the speed and temperature of the reduction gearbox in real time.This test bencheffectively improved the degree of automation of inspection.
