摘要
发动机气门间隙是为保证发动机配气机构正常工作而设置的,是发动机装配中重要的控制参数。对于使用机械挺柱的发动机,涉及到挺柱选配作业,而挺柱选配如何,影响到气门间隙的合格率,也影响到生产效率。本文根据生产实际问题,对如何提高气门间隙合格率提供系统的研究方向,找准问题点,少走弯路,逐步提高气门挺柱选配合格率,解决气门间隙高返修率问题。希望本文能给更多的工程技术人员提供参考和帮助。
Engine valve clearance is set to ensure the normal operation of engine valve train,and it is an important control parameter in engine assembly.For the engine using mechanical tappet,it involves tappet selection operation,and how to select tappet affects the qualified rate of valve clearance and production efficiency.According to the production experience,this paper provides a systematic research and solution direction for how to improve the qualified rate of valve clearance,find out the correct problem points,reduce the detours,gradually improve the qualified rate of valve tappet selection,and solve the problem of high repair rate of valve clearance.It is hoped that this paper can provide reference and help to more engineering and technical personnel.
