摘要 针对目前工业制造中人工管理设备效率低下、监控软件对多种类设备适用性较差等问题,围绕加工设备和数控设备的控制系统,搭建了一个基于OPC(OLE for process control)、FOCAS(FANUC Open CNC API Specifications)规范的实时数据采集自动化测试系统。该系统采用高级编程C#语言,通过搭建OPC及FOCAS客户端,将PLC数据与Fanuc数控系统数据进行集中管理。同时实现对数据的远程云端实时监控,达到了降本增效的目的。 Aiming at the problems of inefficiency of manual management equipment and the poor applicability of monitoring software to various kinds of equipment in current industrial manufacturing,in this paper,a real-time data acquisition automation test system based on OPC and FOCAS specifications is built for the control system of processing equipment and CNC equipment.The system with advanced programming language C#centralizes the data of PLC and Fanuc NC system by building OPC and FOCAS clients.At the same time,it realizes remote cloud real-time monitoring of the data,and achieves the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
