摘要
电火花沉积工艺是一种脉冲微弧焊工艺,用高能量的短脉冲把电极材料沉积到基体金属表面,微量的电极材料在脉冲等离子弧的作用下熔化,并在基体表面快速凝固形成涂层,涂层与基体表面材料呈冶金结合。激光扫描熔化处理是一种先进的表面改性技术,它综合了光、机、电、材料、检测、控制等多门学科的内容,在激光加工技术中占有重要的地位。分别指出了微弧火花沉积技术和激光扫描熔化处理技术各自存在的主要问题,通过具体的修复实例,工艺摸索,证明该复合技术在航修企业中有较好的应用推广价值。
EDM deposition process is a pulsed micro-arc welding process,deposition of electrode material onto metal surfaces using high energy short pulses.Traces of electrode material melt under the action of a pulsed plasma arc.Rapidly solidifies on the surface of the substrate.Metallurgical bonding between the coating and the surface of the substrate surface.LASER scanning is an advanced suiface modification technology.It integrates the contents of various disciplines such as optics,mechanics,electricity,materials,and testing,occupy an important position in laser processing technology.Through specific repair examples,process exploration,the paper points out the main problems of microarc deposition and laser technology,proposed the principle and application of micro-arc laser composite technology.The composite technology has a good application effect in the aviation repair enterprise.
