摘要
本文根据余热锅炉进口烟道的结构特点及技术参数的要求,对15CrMo钢和R307焊丝的理化性能,不同工艺参数下的焊接接头性能及抗裂性能等进行了试验。各项性能试验结果表明,15CrMo钢具有良好的焊接性能,可满足进口烟道的使用要求,而制定的焊接工艺可指导15CrMo钢进口烟道的焊接生产。
According to the requirements of structural characteristics and technical parameters of the inlet flue of the waste heat boiler,we carried out the experiments on physical and chemical properties of the 15CrMo steel and R307 welding system,the properties and crack resistance of the welded joints under different process parameters.The performance test results show that 15CrMo steel has good welding performance,thus can meet the requirements of inlet flue.So the welding process can guide the welding production of 15CrMo steel inlet flue.
