研究了在“中国制造2025”背景下光伏材料专业人才需求的变化,调研了光伏行业、企业对新时期人才培养需求,根据人才培养规律,搭建了合理的专业课程体系框架,设制了基于社区教育的培训课程包,探索基于创新型、智慧型、生态型、高端型和卓越型人才培养需求的新材料制造类专业课程体系构建的方法和模式。

This paper studies the changes in the demand for photovoltaic materials professionals under the background of China’s manufacturing 2025,investigates the demand of photovoltaic industry and enterprises for talents training in the new era,establishes a reasonable framework of professional curriculum system,sets up training curriculum packages based on community education,and explores the methods and modes of constructing new materials manufacturing professional curriculum system based on innovative,intelligent,ecological,high-end and excellent talents training needs.
