摘要
当代社会学研究方法及计算机应用技术的发展,为各类信息资料的归类整理和系统性研究提供了助力,针对天津图书馆(文化中心馆)建筑环境运行情况,在大众点评信息采集的基础上,运用质性研究方法,借助NVIVO质性分析软件对使用者评语进行分析并解读,从评述者亲身经历、感受出发,了解使用者群体对建成环境的具体使用体验、评价方式与内容特质,尝试探讨信息化背景下,质性分析方法在建筑使用后评估中的应用。
The development of contemporary sociological research methods and computer application technology has provided a contribution to the collation and systematic study of all kinds of information materials. Aiming at the operation of Tianjin Library(Cultural Centre Hall) construction environment, on the basis of the collection of public comment information, using qualitative research method, we analyze and interpret user’s comment with the help of NVIVO qualitative analysis software. Focusing on the personal experience and feelings of the commentator, we understand the specific use experience, evaluation mode and content characteristics of the user group to the built environment. We attempt to explore the application of qualitative analysis method in post-occupancy evaluation of building under the background of informationization.
