摘要
大学教学空间不仅为创新型人才培养提供了环境支持,也通过空间环境间接地影响了人才的培养。该文通过分析近年来高校教学的变化,总结出创新型人才培养的特点,并从教学方式、学习方式的多样性以及教学空间特性两方面展开研究,探究得出创新性教学空间的发展趋势,有以下几个特征:①由固定封闭向开放灵活发展的趋势;②由均质单一向异质复合发展的趋势;③由静态向动态发展的趋势;④由整体刚性向碎片柔性发展的趋势。
The university teaching space not only provides environmental support for the cultivation of innovative people,but also affects the cultivation of talents.Through the analysis of changes in university teaching in recent years,we summarize the characteristics of innovative talents training.At the same time,we explore the development trends of innovative teaching space through the research on the diversity and teaching space characteristics of teaching modes and learning modes.The characteristics are as follows:①The trend from fixation and closure to flexibility and open,②The trend from homogeneity and singularity to heterogeneity and complex,③The trend from static state to dynamic state,④The trend from the whole and rigidity to fragment and adaptability.
