摘要 为进一步提高掘进机生产工艺水平,提高产品质量和生产效率,提升故障处理速度,本文以EBZ220H掘进机为例,在生产中反复调研、论证后,设定了优化的内容和目标,确定并实施了优化方案,编制出了《EBZ220H型掘进机液压系统作业指导书》,在售后服务中验证了优化的效果。实践证明,液压系统装配工艺的优化带来了明显的经济、安全、社会效益,而且为提升所有机型的掘进机液压系统装配工艺水平,打下了良好的基础。 In order to further improve the production process,improve product quality and efficiency,and improve the speed of fault handling,this paper takes the EBZ220H ROADHEADER as an example.After repeated investigation and demonstration in production,the optimization plan was finally determined and implemented.The work instruction book of hydraulic system of EBZ220H ROADHEADER was compiled,and the optimization effect was verified in after-sales service.Practice has proved that the optimization of the hydraulic system assembly process has brought obvious economic,security and social benefits,and it has laid a good foundation for improving the assembly technology level of all types of ROADHEADER hydraulic system.
