不锈钢精线放线收线控制系统设计

摘要 本文设计出的基于PID算法不锈钢精线放线收线控制系统,放线台控制器利用张力传感器检测不锈钢精线的张力,根据检测到的张力值大小,利用PID算法,调节放线电机的转速,当不锈钢精线经过高温退火炉时的张力小于预设值,不锈钢精线直径不发生改变,从而提升不锈钢精线品质。 In the paper,a stainless steel wire laying platform and receiving platform control system based on PID algorithm are designed.Laying platform controller use?tension sensor to detect stainless steel wire tension.PID Algorithm is used to adjust running speed of the driving wire coil motor.Use results show that the stainless steel wire laying platform and receiving platform control system based on PID algorithm can avoid to change the diameter value of stainless steel wire.
