高速车车体端墙板生产中自动装配焊接系统的研究及应用

Research and Application of Automatic Assembly Welding System in the Production of High Speed Train End-wall

端墙板自动装配焊接系统是针对目前国内高速车车体端墙板装配、焊接、出料自动化程度低、劳动强度大而设计的全自动生产系统。本文以针对某企业生产现状而设计开发的端墙板自动装配焊接系统为例,介绍了其布局、组成、结构以及控制方法,为提高高速车车体自动化生产提供思路与参考。

The end wall automatic assembly welding system is a fully automatic production system designed for the high-speed train endwall’s assembly and welding which is in low degree of automation and high labor intensity currently.This paper takes the end-wall automatic assembly welding system designed for an enterprise as an example,introduces its layout,composition,structure and control method,and provides ideas and reference for improving the automatic production of high-speed train body.
