摘要
本文从彭村水库进水口混凝土缺陷问题出发,通过分析产生原因主要是由于施工过程控制不严,振捣及养护不当造成砼强度缺陷。本文提出采取结构边墩外侧浇筑600mm厚的C25钢筋砼墙进行外包,通过植筋与已浇筑砼相结合,提高闸墩砼抗压强度等级和采用HK-EQ环氧胶泥进行涂刷保护等方式科学有效的处理方案。通过工程措施处理,提高了进水口砼强度和耐久性,成功消除了砼缺陷不利影响,可作为同类砼缺陷处理参考。
From the point of view of the concrete defect of Pengcun Reservoir intake,this paper analyses the main reasons for the defect of concrete strength caused by the improper control of construction process,vibration and improper maintenance.In this paper,a scientific and effective treatment scheme is proposed,which is based on the construction of 600mm thick C25 reinforced concrete wall outside the side pier,the combination of planting bars and poured concrete,the improvement of the compressive strength grade of pier concrete and the application of HK-EQ epoxy mortar for brushing protection.Through the treatment of Engineering measures,the strength and durability of intake concrete are improved,and the adverse effects of concrete defects are successfully eliminated,which can be used as a reference for the treatment of similar concrete defects.
