CEA不同表达水平联合CA199检验对大肠癌诊断中的符合性分析

目的探讨CEA不同表达水平与CA199联合检验在诊断大肠癌中的价值。方法将2018年1月-2019年5月我院接受经病理确诊的大肠癌患者58例设为观察组,另选取同期非肿瘤患者58例设为对照组,对两组开展对照分析,探讨CEA最佳的敏感性和特异性水平。结果CEA表达水平上升至正常上线4倍时诊断符合率明显升高。CEA在20 ng/mL以上时对大肠癌诊断率敏感性和特异性较高,联合CA199开展检验能提升敏感性,但会使特异性降低。结论CEA水平>正常值4倍时在大肠癌阳性诊断率中敏感性和特异性较高,联合CA199开展检验可提升CEA低水平表达敏感性,但会降低CEA高水平表达特异性。

Objective To study the diagnostic compliance of CEA plus CA199 examinations in colon cancer.Methods 58 colon cancer patients confirmed from January 2018 to May 2019 in our hospital were selected(observation group);58 normal people were selected as control group.Comparative study was performed to study the best diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of CEA.Results When CEA expressions were 4 times higher than normal line,its diagnostic compliance was sharply increased;when CEA expressions were larger than 20 ng/mL,the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity on colon cancer was higher;the combination of CA199 examination can have higher diagnostic sensitivity,but with the decline of diagnostic specificity.Conclusion When CEA expressions are 4 times higher than normal line,its diagnostic sensitivity and specificity on colon cancer is higher;the combination of CA199 examination may increase the diagnostic sensitivity at low CEA expressions,but reduce the diagnostic specificity at high CEA expressions.
