不同护理措施对控制食管癌患者放疗化疗后副反应的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of different nursing measures on controlling side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer

目的探讨不同护理措施对控制食管癌患者放疗化疗后副反应的临床效果。方法纳入本研究30例病例样本,均系我院2018年1月-2019年1月所收治的食管癌中晚期病患,随机分组,比较对照组(常规护理干预,n=15)和观察组(综合护理干预,n=15)放化疗毒副反应差异。结果观察组0级-II级骨髓抑制、消化道反应及放射性食管炎例数较对照组多,III级-IV级较对照组少,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);肝、肾功能损伤例数相当(P>0.05)。结论针对同步放化疗食管癌病患采用综合护理干预,可明显减轻放化疗毒副反应,有利于患者顺利完成治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of different nursing measures on controlling the side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 30 cases of esophageal cancer in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing intervention,n=15)and observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention,n=15)to compare the side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Results The number of cases of bone marrow depression,digestive tract reaction and radiation esophagitis in the observation group was more than that in the control group,and the number of cases of grade III-IV was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the number of cases of liver and kidney function injury was similar(P>0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for esophageal cancer patients with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy can significantly reduce the toxicity and side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,which is conducive to the successful completion of treatment for patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
