西藏短尾高原鳅食性组成及rRNA基因ITS间隔分析

Analysis on the diet composition and rRNA gene ITS intervalof Trilophysa brevviuda in Tibet

利用样点法和胃内容物分析法对西藏短尾高原鳅进行了实地考察及取样,探讨了环境因子对西藏短尾高原鳅食性组成的影响,并对取自西藏短尾高原鳅腹部组织进行了rRNA基因ITS间隔区系统发育分析。结果显示:实验样本属于高原鳅属中的短尾高原鳅,主要以栖息环境中的硅藻和植物碎屑为食。

The discussion of environmental factors effecting on the diet composition of Trilophysa brevviuda was discussed by using sample method and stomach content analysis.An analysis of rRNA gene ITS interval phyloge?netic development on the abdominal tissue taken from Triplophysa brevicauda was conducted as well.The re?sults showed that the experimental sample is belongs to the Trilophysa brevviuda and they mainly feed on the dia?tom and plant debris in the environmental habitat.
