高原世居藏族缺血性脑卒中患者生存质量及影响因素分析

A Quality of life and factors for Native Tibetan Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的:探讨高原世居藏族缺血性脑卒中患者的生存质量及其影响因素。方法:2017年7月—2018年12月期间,在西藏自治区藏医院脑病科住院的患者中被确诊为缺血性脑卒中的藏族患者作为研究对象,采用流行病学描述性研究中的病例系列分析研究方法,进行问卷调查(世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表WHOQOL-BREF)。结果:196名患者中,男性130人(66.3%),女性66人(33.7%),性别比为1.97:1;50～70岁的患者占总患者人数的80%以上;教育水平与月平均收入普遍较低;生存质量的生理领域在看病付费方式组间、心理领域在居住地和看病付费方式组间、社会关系领域在经济收入组间、环境领域在经济收入组间的比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);生存质量和健康状况的主观感受在看病付费方式组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高原世居藏族缺血性脑卒中患者以男性、中老年群体为主,经济收入和看病付费方式是影响患者生存质量的主要因素。

Objective To explore the quality of life and factors for ischemic stroke in Tibetan people living on the plateau are needed.Methods Encephalopathy families of patients with cerebral ischemic stroke patients of Tibet?an were diagnosed by the Tibet autonomous region traditional Tibetan hospital,and the these patients were set the research object.Descriptive epidemiological studies and the questionnaire survey(the world health organiza?tion quality of life measurement scale touting WHOQOL BREF)were conducted during July 2017 to December 2018.Results showed that there were 196 patients with 130 were males(66.3%)and 66(33.7%)were females,respectively.The sex ratio was 1.97:1.Patients aged 50～70 accounted for more than 80%of the total numbers of patients with the education level and the average of monthly low income.The differences in the physiological aspect of quality of life were statistically significant(P<0.05).The subjective feelings of quality of life and health status were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with ischemic stroke are mainly male,middle-aged and elderly.Economic income and payment for medical treatment affected the quality of life.
