摘要
人参功能成分研究逐渐受到重视,除了人参皂苷为主要功能成分外,人参多糖因具有多种药理功效(如抗肿瘤、免疫调节、降多糖、抗疲劳等)而受到广泛关注。但对人参多糖的系统报道仍然较少,综述了人参多糖的提取、分离纯化、结构鉴定方法,以及生物活性等方面的相关研究,为开辟更为广阔的新型功能型食品市场提供了相关依据。
In addition to ginsenosides as the main functional ingredient of ginseng,ginseng polysaccharide has received extensive attention due to its various biological activities(such as anti-tumor,immune regulation,blood sugar lowering,anti-virus,etc.).Thus,the extraction and analysis of ginseng polysaccharides by chemical,physical and biological methods are important to improve the efficiency of separation and purification and the economic value of ginseng polysaccharide.In this paper,the current status and progress of research on extraction,isolation and purification,structure identification methods,and biological activity of ginseng polysaccharides were summarized,which provided the basis for opening up a broader new functional food market.
