摘要
目前,创新创业教育与实践课程的结合存在较大脱节,依托互联网,将“翻转课堂”教学理论与创新创业理论进行紧密结合,以“西式面点制作工艺”实践课程作为载体,将课程教学分为课前线上教学资源设计、课中课程实践、课后教学效果评价等几个部分。该教学模式和传统教学方法相比,对学生的创新、管理、实践、宣传等方面的能力具有更高的挑战。
At present,there is a big gap between innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice curriculum.This paper,relying on the Internet,closely combined the teaching theory of Fliping Classroom with innovation and entrepreneurship theory.Taking the practical course of Western Noodle Making Technology as the carrier,divided the course teaching into several parts,such as the design of teaching resources in front of class,the practice of courses in class,and the evaluation of teaching effect after class.Compared with traditional teaching methods,this teaching mode had higher challenges to students'abilities of innovation,management,practice and publicity.
