摘要
为激发学生自主学习兴趣、促进创新思维开发,将思维导图引入“食品添加剂”课程教学中,在教学设计、课前预习、课堂教学和课后复习4个方面展开实践,取得良好教学效果。
In order to inspire the independent study interest of students and promote the development of innovative thinking,mind mapping was introduced into the teaching of Food Additives.The practice was carried out in teaching design,pre-class preview,classroom teaching and after-class review.As a result,good teaching effectiveness was achieved.
