高职院校食品生产实训基地运营模式探索——以福建农业职业技术学院食品生产实训基地为例

The Exploration of Operating Mechanism of Food Professional Processing Training Base of Vocational Colleges:Taking Food Processing Training Base of Fujian Vocational College of Agriculture as an Example

高职院校食品生产实训基地建设是实现高职院校培养高技能人才的有效举措,对提高教学质量及实现学生“零距离”就业具有重要作用。以福建农业职业技术学院食品生产实训基地建设为例,探索了依托产教融合、校企合作的高职院校食品生产实训基地运营模式。

The construction of food production training base in higher vocational colleges is an effective measure for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-skilled talents,which plays an important role in improving the teaching quality and realizing students“zero-distance”employment.Taking the construction of food production training base of Fujian Vocational College of Agriculture as an example,this paper discussed the operation mode of food production training base in higher vocational colleges relying on the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation.
