OBE教育理念下“食品专业综合实验”教学改革初探 被引量:13

摘要 针对“食品专业综合实验”课程特点和教学中存在的问题,高校基于“成果导向教育(OBE)”理念对课程教学进行改革,主要涉及课程教学目标和内容的确定、教与学的实施、考核评估体系的设计,目的是实现以学生为中心的教、成果为导向的学,激发学生的学习兴趣和学习积极性,提高“食品专业综合实验”的教学质量和效果。初步教学实践表明,OBE教改措施和方法有利于该课程知识目标和能力目标的达成,但对学生团队协作素质的培养没有显著的促进作用。 Regarding the characteristics and the problems existing in the teaching of Food Comprehensive Experiment Course,University has made a series of attempts to reform the teaching of this course in terms of“outcome-based education(OBE)”concept.The reformation mainly involved the determination of the teaching objectives and content,the implementation of the teaching and learning,and the designing of the examination and evaluation for Food Comprehensive Experiment Course,with the purpose of making the course teaching centered on students and making the course learning based on outcome,so as to stimulate students'interest and initiative in course learning.The primary teaching practice showed that the reformation measures introduced in this study were beneficial for achieving the knowledge objective and ability objective for the course,but showed insignificant promotional effect on teamwork ability for the students.
