摘要
本文以具体案例为依托,从技术启示的角度分析创造性评判过程中对“相反教导”的考量,强调了站位本领域技术人员和现有技术整体考量在判断“相反教导”中的重要性。
Based on the specific cases,this paper analyzes the consideration of"opposite teaching"in the judgement of the inventive step from the technical teaching,and emphasizes the importance of standing in the person skilled in the art and the overall consideration of existing technology in judging"the opposite teaching".
