摘要
三碘化铬单层材料的本征铁磁性及随层数变化发生的磁性转变,使得其在原子级尺寸存储等领域都有着非常巨大的潜力。本文分析了二维三碘化铬材料的国内外相关专利申请情况,并对其未来发展进行了预测。
The intrinsic ferromagnetism in monolayer CrI3 as well as its layer-dependent magnetic behav?ior makes it potential in the field of atomically thin memory.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign pat?ent applications in two-dimensional chromium triiodide,and forecasts the future development.
