Information resource management of the petroleum enterprises based on information ecology theory

基于信息生态理论,建立信息资源与人的协同关系模型,设计石油企业信息资源建设实施方案,实现企业信息资源效能与效果的最大化。通过信息资源运维系统、监控系统、人机资源系统和统计分析系统,在信息资源与人之间建立信息生产者、信息传播者、信息消费者、信息分解者的闭环流程,从而实现石油企业信息资源体系运行高效稳定、运维及时可控、使用科学合理的信息新生态。生产经营核心是自动化、实时化、智能化完成各类信息资源的收集、加工、传递和转化的过程,信息生态为这一过程的协同运行提供了环境支撑,建立石油企业信息资源管理系统是实现这一环境的关键。

Based on the theory of information ecology,the collaborative relationship model between the information resources and personnel was established,the implementing plan for the development of the petroleum-enterprise information resources was designed to maximize the efficiency and effects of the enterprise information resources.Through the operating system and monitoring system of the information resources,the human-machine resource system and the statistical analyzing system,the closed-loop process and flowsheet was established between the information resources and the human,including the producers,disseminators,consumers and decomposers of the information,thus the new information ecology was built to realize the high-efficiency and stable operation,timely and controllable maintenance and scientifically sound management of the information resource system of the petroleum enterprises.The cores of the production and management lie in the process of the automatic,real-time and smart collecting,processing,transmitting and transforming of various information resources.The information ecology provides the context and environment support for the coordinated operation of this process,and the establishment of the information-resource managing system of the petroleum enterprises is the key to building such a context.
