甲基营养型芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定及其广谱抗菌性能初步研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用形态学观察、生理生化分析、质谱及分子技术对从土壤中分离的一株芽孢杆菌SX09的分类学特征进行了检测,初步确定该菌株为一株甲基营养型芽孢杆菌(Bacillus methylotrophicus)。以5株食源性致病菌和3株霉菌为供试菌株,采用牛津杯扩散法检测了菌株SX09在马铃薯葡萄糖水培养基中无菌发酵滤液对8株菌的抑制作用,结果表明菌株SX09对供试的细菌和真菌均有明显的抑制作用,因此推测菌株SX09可能为一株广谱抑菌的芽孢杆菌。菌株SX09在未来食品加工和生物防治领域具有潜在的应用价值。 The taxonomical of characteristics of a Bacillus strain SX09 isolated from soil are detected by morphological observation,physiological and biochemical analysis,mass spectrometry and molecular technology.It is preliminarily determined that the strain is a methyl-trophic Bacillus(Bacillus methylotrophicus).Five foodborne pathogenic bacteria and three molds are used as the tested strains.The inhibition effect of SX09 on eight strains of bacteria in potato glucose water medium is detected by Oxford cup diffusion method.The results show that SX09 has obvious inhibitory effect on the tested bacteria and fungi.Therefore,it is speculated that strain SX09 might be a broad-spectrum antibacterial strain.Strain SX09 has potential application value in the field of food processing and biological control in the future.
