基于因子分析法的公立医院运营绩效评价

Study on performance evaluation of public hospitals based on factor analysis

[目的]对全国公立医院运营绩效进行评价,比较不同地区运营绩效差异,为提升公立医院的运营能力及服务能力提供参考。[方法]基于因子分析法建立医院运营绩效评价模型,对2015年《中国卫生统计年鉴》中各地区公立医院运营数据进行评价、比较分析。[结果]通过因子分析法得出4个主因子,即业务量、考核指标、运行效率和经济效益,它们的方差贡献率分别为25.29%、19.87%、19.49%和18.09%;公立医院运营绩效得分位居前五位的省份是广东、浙江、北京、上海、四川,运营绩效得分分别为0.934、0.723、0.697、0.644、0.586;位居末五位的省份是海南、陕西、内蒙古、青海、西藏,运营绩效得分分别为-0.551、-0.554、-0.714、-0.830、-1.322。[结论]东部、中部地区公立医院运营绩效状况相对较好,不同地区医院在运营能力及效率上均存在显著差异。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the operational performance of public hospitals in China and compare the performance differences in different regions so as to provide reference for promoting operation and service ability of public hospital.Methods The evaluation model of hospital operation performance was established based on factor analysis.We evaluated and compared the operation data of public hospitals in 2015 China Health Statistics Yearbook.Results Four main factors were obtained from the factor analysis,which were volume of business,assessment indicators,operational efficiency and economical benefits.Their percentages of explained variance were 25.29%,19.87%,19.49%and 18.09%respectively.The front 5 province of operational performance score were Guangdong,Zhejiang,Beijing,Shanghai and Sichuan,their score was 0.934,0.723,0.697,0.644 and 0.586 respectively.The last 5 province were Hainan,Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,Qinghai and Tibet,their score was-0.551,-0.554,-0.714,-0.830 and-1.322.Conclusions The operational performance condition of public hospitals in East and Middle area are better.There is significant difference in operation ability and efficiency in the hospital of different area.
