光纤布喇格光栅水流流速传感器的设计 被引量:3

摘要 实时监测水中结构物所处水流环境参数,有助于精确分析水流冲刷作用及其对结构的影响。基于光纤布喇格光栅(FBG)传感原理,研发了一种水流流速实时监测的传感器,推导了该传感器的流速计算公式和传感器量程与灵敏度的计算方法,利用ANSYS和Fluent软件对传感器的结构性能进行了仿真分析,并进行了传感器标定实验。实验结果表明:所研发的传感器在0.05~5 m/s流速范围内,误差始终保持在7%以内,可满足水中结构的实际监测需求,为冲刷分析提供可靠的数据来源。 Real-time monitoring of water flow environmental parameters of structures in water is helpful to accurately analyze the effect of water flow scouring and its influence on structure.Based on the principle of fiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensor,a sensor for real-time monitoring of flow velocity is developed.The calculation formula of flow velocity and the calculation method of sensor range and sensitivity are deduced.The structure and performance of the sensor are simulated and analyzed by using ANSYS and Fluent software,and the sensor calibration experimentis carried out.The experimental results show that the error of the sensor is within 7%in the range of 0.05~5 m/s,which can meet the actual monitoring needs of underwater structures and provide reliable data sources for scouring analysis.
