摘要 化学链燃烧技术是一种具有能量梯级利用,内分离CO 2同时降低NOx生成的新型燃烧技术。首先,从气化产物化学链燃烧、固体燃料化学链燃烧以及化学链氧解耦燃烧等三种方式总结了化学链燃烧技术的研究现状。其次,分别从热重分析仪(Thermal Gravimetric Analyzer,TGA)、固定床反应器、批次流化床反应器以及接近工程示范流化床反应器等4个方面阐述了化学链燃烧技术研究中反应器的特点。此外,从氧载体的评价指标以及氧载体的改性等方面系统介绍了化学链燃烧技术中氧载体的研究进展。最后,分别从NO x、SO x以及氯化有机物控制方面详细地报告了化学链燃烧技术在污染物方面的进展。期望对化学链燃烧技术的进一步研究提供参考。 As a new combustion technology,chemical-looping combustion technology features energy cascade utilization,CO 2 internal separation and lower NOx generation.This paper summarized the researches of three combustion modes,which are gasification product chemical-looping combustion,solid fuel chemical-looping combustion and chemical-looping with oxygen uncoupling.Then,this paper elaborated the characteristics of the reactor in chemical-looping combustion from perspectives of thermal gravimetric analyzer(TGA),fixed bed reactor,batch fluidized bed reactor and the approach-engineering fluidized bed reactor.Moreover,this paper introduced the progress made in the research of oxygen carrier in chemical-looping combustion technology from the evaluation index and modification of oxygen carrier.Finally,this paper detailedly reported the application of chemical-looping combustion technology in the disposal and control of pollutant such as NO x,SO x and chlorinated organics.The review is expected to provide reference for the further research of chemical-looping combustion technology.
