巨菌草在淮河源地区地上部分营养物质变化规律 被引量:12

摘要 【目的】研究巨菌草(Penniseturn.sp.)在淮河源地区不同生长阶段,地上部分茎与叶营养物质积累与分配动态规律,以实现巨菌草加工利用最大效益。【方法】通过巨菌草的田间试验,研究苗期、生长初期、生长加速期、生长中期、生长末期茎与叶部位以及全株干物质、粗蛋白含量(CP)、有机碳(C)和总氮(N)含量变化的差异,根据营养物质含量进行巨菌草饲用、菌用性能分析。【结果】巨菌草在淮河源的干物质积累先慢后快,植株粗蛋白、总氮含量初期较高,生长末期最低,有机碳含量相对稳定,叶部干物质量占全株比例苗期最高,整个生长期逐步降低,植株粗蛋白主要在叶部,茎部叶部粗蛋白和总氮含量随生长期均逐步降低。【结论】作为动物饲草在淮河源地区适合每个生长季收割2次,分别在栽植后20周和生长季末期。作为食用菌培养基适合每个生长季收割1次,在生长季末期,但植株碳氮比较高,在培养基加工过程中需要补充含氮肥料。 【Objective】This study was carried out to explore the dynamic regulation of nutrient accumulation and distribution of the aboveground in Pennisetum sp.across all growth stages,and thereby promote the efficient development and utilization of this nutritional re-source.【Method】To do this,the content and transport of dry matter,crude protein(CP),organic carbon(C)and total nitrogen(N)in the stems,leaves,and whole plant were studied in the Pennisetum sp.Changes in nutrient contents and transport were compared between the seedling,early growth stage,medium-term growth stage,and later Growth Stage of the plant5 s life cycle to provide a reference for the study of its nutritive value across growth stages.【Result】The results showed that dry matter accumulation dynamics in a single plant followed a slow-fast pattern among the different growth stages,while the content of crude protein and total nitrogen a high-low pattern.【Conclusion】As an animal forage Pennisetum sp.is suitable for harvesting twice per growing season,at 20 weeks after planting and the end of the growing season.As an edible mushroom culture medium,it is suitable for harvesting once,at the end of growing season.However,carbon/nitrogen ratios are relatively high,so nitrogen fertilizer should be added during the processing of culture medium.
