喀斯特高原峡谷区土壤大/中/微量元素的生态化学计量特征 被引量:7

Ecological Stoichiometric Characteristics of Macro-element,Secondary-element and Micro-element in Soil in Valley Area of Karst Plateau

摘要 【目的】研究土壤大量、中量、微量元素的生态化学计量特征,有利于深入认识土壤生态系统养分循环规律和作用机制,以期为喀斯特高原峡谷区植被恢复及土壤养分综合管理与高效利用提供科学依据。【方法】利用喀斯特高原山地区52份土壤样品的C:N、C:P、N:P、Ca:Mg、Fe:Mn、Cu:Zn、B:Mo、P:S、Ca:S和Al:Si共计10个生态化学计量比,研究不同计量指标的变异范围、相互作用效应及其对土壤质量的贡献。【结果】B:Mo、Al:Si的变异系数<50%,C:N、C:P、N:P、Ca:Mg、Fe:Mn和Cu:Zn的变异系数的变幅为50%-100%,P:S和Ca:S的变异系数>130%,0 C:N与Fe:Mn、Cu:Zn间呈显著正相关,与Al:Si呈出极显著负相关;C:P、N:P与B:Mo、P:S,Cu:Zn与Al:Si呈极显著负相关。前4个主成分反映出原始数据信息总量的82.479%.依次受C:P、N:P,Cu:Zn、Al:Si,Ca:Mg、Ca:S和Fe:Mn等的支配0【结论】土壤生态化学计量表现出不同程度的变异,计量指标间呈较强的互作效应,土壤中量和微量元素亦对土壤质量起到明显的支配作用。 【Objective】The nutrient circulation law and action mechanism of soil ecological system were analyzed by determining the ecologi-cal stoichiometric characteristics of soil macro-element,secondary-element and micro-element in soil to provide the scientific basis for vegetation recovery,soil nutrient comprehensive management and soil nutrient efficiency utilization in valley area of karst plateau.【Method】The variable range,interaction effect and contribution rate of different stoichiometric indexes were analyzed by studying 10 ecological stoichiomet-ric ratios(C:N,C:P,N:P,Ca:Mg,Fe:Mn,Cu:Zn,B:Mo,P:S,Ca:S and Al:Si)of 52 soil samples from karst plateau mountain area.【Result】The variable coefficient of B:Mo and Al:Si was<50%.The variation range of variable coefficient of C:N,C:P,N:P,Ca:Mg,Fe:Mn and Cu:Zn was 50%-100%.The variable coefficient of P:S and Ca:S was>130%.The C:N was positively related to Fe:Mn and Cu:Zn significantly and negatively related to Al:Si very significantly.The C:P and N:P were negatively related to B:Mo and P:S very significantly.The Cu:Zn was negatively related to Al:Si very significantly.Top four principal components reflected 82.479%of total original data information and were dominated by C:P,N:P,Cu:Zn,Al:Si,Ca:Mg,Ca:S and Fe:Mn successively.【Conclusion】Soil ecologi-cal stoichiometry has varying degree of variation.There is a stronger interaction effect between different stoichiometric indexes.The soil quality is dominated by secondary-element and micro-element significantly.
