机械化生产对桂糖47号宿根能力的影响与分析

Effect of Mechanized Production on Ratooning Ability of Guitang 47

【目的】探讨机械收获对桂糖47号宿根能力的影响,为桂糖47号的机械化生产提供依据。【方法】在对桂糖47号新植蔗进行机械化种植和管理的基础上,分别进行机械收获和人工砍收对比试验,连续2年调查宿根蔗的发株率、产蔗量、蔗糖分及相关农艺性状并进行分析。【结果】桂糖47号在机械收获后的第1和2年宿根的发株率、株高、茎径、有效茎、产蔗量、蔗糖分与人工收获的差异均不显著。其中机械收获后的第2年宿根产蔗量达到101.70 t/hm^2,含糖量达到15.32 t/hm^2,与人工砍收的相当。【结论】桂糖47号宿根能力强,抗倒能力强,耐机收碾压能力强,适合全程机械化生产,在劳动力缺乏的蔗区应加速推广应用,以降低成本,提高效益。

【Objective】To provide a basis for the mechanized production of Guitang 47,the effect of mechanical harvesting on the ratooning a-bility of Guitang 47 was investigated.【Method】On the basis of mechanized planting and management of new planting sugarcane Guitang 47,mechanical harvesting and manual harvesting were compared from the plant generation rate of ratoon sugarcane,cane yield,sucrose content and related agronomic traits continuously for two years.【Result】There were no significant differences in plant generation rate of ratoon sugar-cane Guitang 47,plant height,stalk diameter,effective stalks,cane yield and sucrose content between machine harvesting and manual har-vesting,for the 1-year and 2-year ratoon plants.Especially,the 2-year ratoon plants harvested mechanically showed the cane yield of 101.70 t/hm^2 and the sugar content up to 15.32 t/hm^2,which were equivalent to those of manual harvesting.【Conclusion】Guitang47 has strong ra-tooning ability and strong resistance to lodging,and is adaptive to full mechanized production.It should be popularized and applied in the sugarcane areas where labor is lacking,so as to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
