昆明烟区土壤养分与烟叶主要化学成分含量典型相关分析 被引量:14

Canonical Correlation Analysis of Soil Nutrients and Main Chemical Components of Tobacco Leaves in Kunming Tobacco Planting Area

摘要 【目的】明确昆明烟区土壤养分与烟叶化学成分之间的关系,从而为昆明烟区的优质烤烟生产提供理论依据。【方法】采用描述统计和典型相关分析方法分析昆明烟区土壤养分与烟叶化学成分之间的关系。【结果】昆明烟区植烟土壤pH值总体适宜,有机质含量较为丰富,速效氮含量较高,有效磷的含量中等但不均衡。速效钾含量丰富,氯离子含量处于中等偏低水平,但分布极不均衡。昆明烟区的烟叶总糖、还原糖含量较高,烟碱、总氮和氮碱比适中,钾、氯含量较低,但钾氯比较高。典型相关分析结果表明,昆明烟区土壤养分与烟叶主要化学成分含量之间存在明显的相关性。【结论】在一定范围内,土壤pH值、有机质和氯离子含量的降低与烤后烟叶烟碱、总氮的降低是一致的;土壤速效钾含量、有效磷含量与烤后烟叶总糖、还原糖、钾含量以及氮碱比、钾氯比、糖碱比的增加是一致的。 【Objective】The present paper aimed to clarify the relationship between soil nutrients and chemical components of tobacco leaves in Kunming tobacco area,so as to provide theoretical basis for the production of high-quality flue-cured tobacco in Kunming tobacco planting area.【Method】The relationship between soil nutrient status and chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco in Kunming tobacco area was stud-ied by descriptive statistics and canonical correlation analysis.【Result】The results showed that the pH value of tobacco planting soil in Kim-ming tobacco area was generally suitable,the content of organic matter was more abundant,the content of available nitrogen was higher,and the content of effective phosphorus was moderate but not balanced.The content of available potassium was abundant,and chloride content was at medium low level,but the distribution was extremely uneven.The content of total sugar and reducing sugar of tobacco leaves in Kunming tobacco growing area was high,the content of nicotine,total nitrogen and nitrogen to alkali ratio were moderate,potassium and chlorine content were relatively low,but potassium and chlorine were relatively high.Canonical correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between soil nutrients and the main chemical components of tobacco leaves in Kunming tobacco growing areas.【Conclusion】Within a certain range,the decrease of soil pH value,organic matter and chloride ion content was consistent with the decrease of nicotine and total nitrogen in flue-cured tobacco leaves;the content of available potassium and available phosphorus in soil was consistent with the increase of total sugar,reducing sugar,potassium content,nitrogen-alkali ratio,potassium-chloride ratio and sugar-alkali ratio in flue-cured tobacco leaves.
