摘要
针对目前机械式播种机性能的不足,设计一款智能精密播种机及其监控系统。基于拖拉机整机控制器和精密播种机终端以及监控系统组成的CAN总线通信网络,实现拖拉机整机运行信息和播种机播种信息的共享与交互。设计精密播种机终端的硬件电路并进行该系统控制算法的研究。设计开发的精密播种机的监控系统,使得拖拉机整机运行信息以及播种机在进行播种作业时的各种信息得到及时显示和监控,提高播种机的工作效率以及整机智能化水平。
In allusion to the performance?hungry problem existing in mechanical seeder,an intelligent precision seeder and its monitoring system are designed.The sharing and interaction of the whole tractor running information and the sowing infor?mation of the seeder are realized based on the CAN?bus communication network composed of the tractor complete machine con?troller,the precision seeder terminal and the monitoring system.The hardware circuit of the precision seeder terminal is de?signed and the control algorithm of the system is studied in this paper.The design and development of the precision seeder moni?toring system can make the running information of the whole tractor and all kinds of information in the seeding operation process of the seeder displayed and monitored in time,which improves the working efficiency and the intelligence level of the seeder.
