摘要
以建设资源节约型社会为目标,降低出行成本,文中设计一款电动汽车节能控制器。控制芯片采用具备节能功能的嵌入式X186单片微控制器,负责采集和处理电动汽车发动机信号,保证信号完整输出。输出控制电路对X186单片微控制器输出信号进行汇总、分析,通过调整电流传送规律,控制发动机扭矩策划最佳节能方案。模糊PID节能控制核心是模糊推理,确定模糊PID控制器隶属度函数后,增加调整因子求取模糊PID实际输出,实现电动汽车节能控制。测试结果表明,控制器节能效果显著,节能控制过程中具有稳定性强、误差率小的性能优势。
An energy?saving controller for electric vehicle is designed,so as to build a resource?saving society and reduce travel costs.The embedded X186 single?chip microcontroller with energy?saving function is used as the control chip to collect and process the engine signals of electric vehicles to ensure complete signals output.The output signal of the X186 single?chip microcontroller is gathered and analysed by means of output control circuit,and the best energy?saving scheme is schemed by adjusting the law of current transmission and controlling the engine torque.The core of fuzzy?PID energy?saving control is fuzzy inference.After determining the membership function of fuzzy?PID controller,the actual output of fuzzy?PID is obtained by add?ing adjusting factor to realize the energy?saving control of electric vehicles.The test results show that the controller has remark?able energy?saving effect,and has the performance advantages of strong stability and low error rate in the process of energy?sav?ing control.
