摘要 为提高土地区域整理项目规划效果图、空间区域规划质量和显示效果,设计基于GIS的土地区域整理项目规划辅助系统,其主要包括预操作子系统、规划布局子系统、单体工程子系统以及工程量汇总输出子系统。该系统通过图层管理功能收集地理信息,利用三维浏览和场景效果功能,对指定坐标快速定位并快速绘制土地区域整理项目规划场景图,通过土地规划功能对土地环境进行三维信息标注以及叠加展现。规划布局子系统通过土地利用布局优化模块,采用GIS技术优化布局土地空间,使用人口发展及土地需求预测模块预测人口增长数量和土地需求量,得到土地使用发展趋势。实验结果表明,该系统获取的土地区域整理项目规划效果图布局紧凑合理,俯瞰图轮廓明显,辅助效果佳。 A GIS?based planning auxiliary system for land area arrangement project is designed to improve the quality and display effect of the effect picture of land area arrangement project planning and spatial area planning.It mainly includes pre?op?eration subsystem,planning layout subsystem,single project subsystem and output subsystem of project volumes summary.The system collects geographic information by its map management function.The designated coordinates is quickly located to quickly draw the land area arrangement project planning scene map by using 3D browsing and scene effect functions.The three?dimen?sional information labeling and overlapping display of land environment are carried out by using the land planning function.The GIS technology is used in the planning and layout subsystem to optimize the layout of land space by utilizing the land use layout optimization module.The population development and land demand forecasting module is used to predict the number of popula?tion growth and land demand to obtain the development trend of land use.The experimental results show that the layout of the land area arrangement project planning effect map obtained by this system is compact and reasonable,the outline of the overlook map is obvious,and the auxiliary effect is well.
