摘要 实时剪切波弹性成像(SWE)是测量组织软硬度的新技术,具有良好的实时性及可重复性。目前SWE主要应用于甲状腺、乳腺、肝脏、肾脏、肾上腺、前列腺及肌肉病变等,而在周围血管疾病方面的研究相对较少。本文就实时SWE在动脉血管壁弹性、斑块以及静脉血栓方面的研究进展进行综述。 Real-time shear wave elastography(SWE)is a new technique with good real-time and repeatability for measuring the hardness and softness of tissue.At present,SWE is mainly used in thyroid,breast,liver,kidney,adrenal gland,prostate,muscle lesions,etc.,while there are few studies on peripheral vascular diseases.The research progresses of SWE in arterial wall elasticity,plaque and venous thrombosis were reviewed in this paper.
