饮料对战士C-肽水平的影响及其与饮用指数的相关性

摘要 目的分析饮料对战士C-肽水平的影响及其与饮用指数(drinking index,DI,即每日摄入饮料的瓶数与饮用年限的乘积)的相关性。方法研究对象为2013年9月至2017年4月接受解放军第九六七医院问卷调查的463名青年战士,并将其分为碳酸饮料组(162例)、非碳酸饮料组(146例)和对照组(155例)。问卷调查内容包括一般人口学参数(居住地、民族)、服用饮料频度或次数、体力活动情况及高血压、糖尿病史,所有受试者均进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)及各项生化指标及C-肽的检测,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果3组之间血糖、血脂、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肌酐(Cr)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,碳酸饮料组及非碳酸饮料组的C-肽水平下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与非碳酸饮料组相比,碳酸饮料组的C-肽水平下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调整体力活动后,C-肽水平与饮用指数呈负相关(P<0.05)。DI>6年瓶,发生糖尿病的风险性明显增加。结果长期服用饮料对战士的C-肽水平有影响,且碳酸饮料的影响更加明显。DI>6年瓶为糖尿病发病的危险因素,应据此制定相关预防和控制措施,以降低糖尿病的发病率。 Objective To analyze the impact of beverage intake on C-peptide level and its association with the drinking index(DI),i.e.the number of bottles consumed a day and yearly length of beverage intake.Methods The research subjects were 463 young soldiers who received a questionnaire survey from September 2013 to April 2017 conducted by No.967 Hospital,PLA.They were randomly divided into the carbonated beverage group(n=162),the non-carbonated beverage group(n=146)and the control group(n=155).The information contained in the survey included general demographic data(site of residence and nationality),frequency of beverage intake,intensity of physical activity,as well as history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus.All the subjects received oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)and detections were made on various biochemical indices and C-peptide levels,and the obtained data were analyzed statistically.Results The levels of blood glucose,blood lipid,alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and creatinine(Cr)were not statistically different,when comparisons were made between the 3 groups(P>0.05).Compared with that of the control group,the C-peptide levels of the carbonated beverage group and the non-carbonated beverage group were decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.01,P<0.01).Compared with that of the non-carbonated beverage group,the C-peptide level of the carbonated beverage group was lower,also with statistical significance(P<0.05).After adjustment of physical activity,the C-peptide level was negatively correlated with the drinking index(P<0.05).For those subjects with the drinking index longer than 6 years,the risk for the development of diabetes mellitus was significantly higher.Conclusion Prolonged intake of C-peptide has impact on the C-peptide level,and the intake of carbonated beverage seems to produce more serious impact on soldiers,and drinking index longer than 6 years is a risk factor for the development of diabetes mellitus.Therefore,strict prevention and control measures should be taken to reduce incidence of diabetes mellitus.
