海军规范化培训基层军医专业素质分析及培训对策

Quality analysis and training countermeasures of the first-term navy standardized training of grassroots military doctors

目的分析海军军医大学附属长征医院首届海军基层单位选派规范化培训军医的基本素质,根据海军基层军医实际情况,制定完善与之相适应的规培临床教学计划。方法对我院进行规范化培训的50名海军基层军医进行问卷调查,使用Excel 2010进行统计学分析。结果调查问卷显示90%基层军医毕业于重点大学,94%基层军医工作年限在10年内,78%毕业后无进修经历,入院理论成绩70%不达标。基层军医原单位日常接诊以轻症疾病为主,临床技能操作机会少,缺乏临床思维训练,经验积累欠缺。基层军医对住院医师规范化培训态度积极,我院海军基层军医规范化培训能够弥补存在短板。结论基地在培训海军基层军医整体能力亟待提高。海军基层军医在我院的规范化培训能全面提升基层军医理论、实际操作以及全面整合能力,需因人施教制定培训计划,调整及完善海军基层军医规范化培训体系。

Objective To analyze the basic qualities of unit assigned grassroots military doctors attending the first term stand ardized training so as to develop and perfect clinical training scheme according to practical situation. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among the navy grassroots military doctors who attended standardized training in the hospital and Logistic regression anal ysis was performed by using Excel 2010 software. Results Questionnaire survey results showed that 90% of the basic military doctors graduated from key universities 94% of them had a service length of less than 10 years 78% of them did not receive any refresher training after graduation and 70% of them failed to reach the required standards in the admission test. Daily routine medical service of doctors was care of minor symptom diseases with little chance of clinical manipulation and they were lacking in the training of thinking a bout medical problems clinically and were deficient in clinical experience. Grassroots military doctors showed a positive attitude to wards the above mentioned training and the standardized training of navy grassroots military doctors conducted in the hospital could make up for the shortfalls that widely existed in basic units. Conclusion The comprehensive capacity of the training base should be im proved in the training of naval grassroots military doctors. The standardized training of navy grassroots military doctors rendered by the hospital could enhance their abilities in the respects of basic theory practical manipulation and comprehensive integration. Training pro grams suitable to different individuals should be developed and standardized training systems should be adjusted and perfected in the training process of grassroots military doctors.
