摘要
目的探索运用品管圈降低血标本不合格率的方法。方法原解放军第四一一医院2016年7月检验科和护理部联合成立品管圈小组,运用品管圈质量管理工具,降低血标本不合格率;对品管圈活动实施前和实施后的不合格率进行统计,并对差异进行统计学分析;绘制无形成果表,从品管圈运用、团队精神、专业知识、沟通协调、活动信心、责任荣誉等6个维度评分,确认活动实施后的无形成果。结果活动实施前不合格率为0.093%,活动实施后不合格率为0.049%,2者差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.391,P<0.01);无形成果的确认中,6个维度评分均提高,其中品管圈运用、活动信心提升最为明显,分别为3.53、3.45,团队精神、沟通协调、责任荣誉、专业知识的提升分别为2.82、2.24、1.97、1.55,活动实施后6个维度的评分与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论运用品管圈方法可有效降低血标本不合格率,提升圈员的品管圈运用能力、团队精神、专业知识、沟通协调以及活动信心和责任荣誉。
Objective To reduce the rate of rejected blood specimens by activities of quality control circle(QCC). Methods Together with the Nursing Department,the QCC team was established in the Laboratory Department of the former No.411 hospital.The QCC quality management tool was used to reduce the rate of rejected blood specimens.The rates of rejected blood specimens before and after QCC activity were statistically analyzed,and statistical differences were evaluated in the study.Tables of invisible results were plotted,and scores of QCC activity were evaluated from the dimensions of QCC use,teamwork,professional knowledge,communication and coordination,activity confidence and responsibility and honor.Invisible results were identified after application of QCC activity. Results The rate of rejected blood specimens before QCC activity was 0.093%and the rate after QCC activity was 0.49%.There was statistical significance when comparsons were made between them(χ2=8.391,P<0.01).In the identification of invisible results,the scores of 6 dimensions all increased,with the scores of QCC use and activity confidence increased most significantly(3.53,3.45).The scores of teamwork,communication and coordination,responsibility honor and professional knowledge promotion were respectively 2.82,2.24,1.97 and 1.55.The scores of 6 dimensions after QCC activity were significantly different from those before QCC activity,and statistical significance could be noted,when comparisons were made between them(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of QCC activity could effectively reduce the rate of rejected blood specimens,enhance the ability of QCC team members,teamwork,professional knowledge,communication and coordination,activity confidence,and above all their responsibility and honor.
