摘要
[目的]探讨损伤拉力对植物根系自修复的影响。[方法]于生长季初期,在原位不离体条件下,研究柠条1~4 mm根径直根承受不同程度的损伤拉力和不同修复时长,自修复后的存活率和活力。[结果]损伤拉力抑制根系自修复,柠条直根自修复后存活率比对照降低了15%~37%,活力比对照降低了9.97%~31.42%;重度损伤力对根系自修复的抑制作用更显著;柠条直根自修复后存活率受根径的影响。自修复后1.0~1.5 mm直根的存活率最小,2~3 mm直根的存活率最大。重度损伤力下,3.5~4.0 mm直根活力为1.0~1.5 mm直根的85.91%;修复时长的延长,促进了根系的自修复。[结论]为植物自我修复的机制研究提供了科学依据。
[Objective]To investigate the effect of damage tension on the self-repair of plant roots.[Method]The survival rate and viability of 1-4 mm straight roots of Caragana korshinskii after self-repair were studied at the beginning of growing season under in situ condition.[Result]Damage tension inhibited root self-repair,the survival rate of C.korshinskii straigh troots after self-repair was reduced by 15%-37%compared with the control,and the viability was reduced by 9.97%-31.42%compared with the control.The restraint effect of severe damage tension on root self-repair was more significant.The survival rate of C.korshinskii roots after self-repairing was affected by root diameter.The survival rate of 1.0-1.5 mm straight roots was the smallest and that of 2-3 mm straight roots was the highest after self-repair.Under severe injury,the viability of 3.5-4.0 mm straight roots was 85.91%of that of 1.0-1.5 mm straight roots.The prolongation of repairing time promoted the self-repairing of root system.[Condusion]This study provided a scientific basis for the study of the mechanism of plant self-repair.
