摘要 近年来,干部人事档案造假问题时有发生,严重损害了档案的权威性和公信力,对社会公平公正造成恶劣影响。按照《干部人事档案工作条例》及中央组织部对档案审核工作的要求,以干部人事档案中出生日期这一关键基础信息审核认定为例,提出目前审核认定出生日期存在的问题,分析导致问题产生的主客观原因,提出认定出生日期的实践做法,探讨预防的措施建议。 In recent years,the falsification of cadres'personnel dossiers has happened from time to time,seriously damaging the authority and credibility of dossiers as well as causing adverse effects on social fairness and justice.According to the"Regulation on Personnel Dossier Management for Cadres"and requirements of the Central Department of Organization for the review of dossiers,and taking the review of the key basic information in the cadre’s dossier the birth date as an example,problems existed in reviewing the date of birth will be discussed,subjective and objective reasons behind the problems will be analyzed,practical methods to identify the date of birth will be proposed and precautions and suggestions will be explored.
