摘要
目的:研究红参多糖对小鼠的体内抗氧化活性,为红参多糖的开发利用提供依据。方法:以灌胃生理盐水为正常对照组,红参多糖分为低、中、高剂量组(分别为100、200、400mg/kg),连续30天灌胃小鼠,测定脏器系数,血清和肝、肾、脾组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力,研究红参多糖在小鼠体内的抗氧化活性。结果:红参多糖能够降低小鼠血清和肝、肾、脾组织中的MDA含量,还可提高血清和肝、肾、脾组织中SOD和GSH-Px的活性。结论:红参多糖具有良好的体内抗氧化能力。
Objective:To study the antioxidant activity of red ginseng polysaccharides in mice,and to provide evidence for the development and utilization of red ginseng polysaccharides.Methods:mice were divided into low,medium and high dose of RGPs drug group at stomach irritation of 100,200,400mg/kg,and control group with stomach irritation of saline only.After feeding for 30 days,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione-peroxidase(GSH-Px)in serum,liver,kidney and spleen of mice were measured to study the antioxidant activity of red ginseng polysaccharides in mice.Results:Red ginseng polysaccharides could significantly decrease MDA content and increase SOD and GSH-Px activities in serum and liver,kidney and spleen.Conclusion:Red ginseng polysaccharides have better antioxidant ability in vivo.
