Technological Design of Yellow River Treatment Plant of Urban and Rural West Line Water Supply Project in Yinchuan Metropolis Circle

银川都市圈城乡西线供水工程将黄河水作为引水水源,经新建的黄河水厂处理后向银川都市圈供水,合理的净水工艺是保证供水水质的关键。通过详细分析原水水质,结合黄河水作为城市供水水源的成熟经验和国内类似水源的净水厂工艺,提出该工程新建黄河水厂采用预处理+强化常规处理的处理工艺。预处理采用高锰酸钾预氧化的方法,强化常规处理工艺主要通过强化混凝和强化过滤两个方面实现。工艺路线确定为辐流式预沉池+高效湍流澄清池+V型滤池+氯消毒。该工艺具有良好的抗冲击负荷能力和抗低温低浊性能。

Yellow River as water source is used in urban and rural west line water supply project in Yinchuan metropolis circle which will be treated by the new Yellow River treatment plant before supplying to Yinchuan metropolis circle.reasonable water purification technology is the key to ensure the quality of water supply.A process of pretreatment and enhanced conventional treatment is proposed for the new Yellow River treatment plant after the raw water quality analysis and investigation on mature experience of Yellow River water as urban water supply source and domestic water plant technology with similar water sources.Potassium permanganate pre-oxidation is preferred as a pre-treatment process.Enhanced conventional treatment process performs mainly through the enhanced coagulation and filtration.A radial pre-sedimentation tank,a high-efficient turbulent clarifier,a v-shaped filter,and finally chlorination are utilized as the process route,which has good resistance to shock,as well as low temperature and turbidity.
