长春市高层办公建筑裙房周边风环境设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 高层建筑因其体量巨大,会严重阻挡基地内风的流动,当风遇到高层建筑时,会在其周围形成不同类型的气流,这些气流的相互作用使高层建筑附近的风环境紊乱,导致建筑能耗不满足节能要求.本文通过利用高层建筑外部有利自然风、避免有害自然风,结合高层建筑裙房周围风环境状况与裙房体形、场地等因素的相关性,合理设计裙房体形和规划场地,以优化周边风环境,为裙房周边人群活动提供良好环境,创造高密度状态下的舒适人居环境,降低建筑能耗和高层建筑风环境对城市环境的不利影响,为严寒地区高层建筑节能设计提供参考. Because of its height and huge volume,high-rise buildings will seriously block the flow of wind direction in the base.When the wind hits the high-rise buildings,different types of air flow are formed nearby.The interaction of these air flows results in complex disorder of the wind environment near the high-rise buildings.For example,unreasonable eddy air flow is produced under the action of cold winter wind and wind shadow area causes a lot of heat energy loss in the transition space of the high-rise office building podium.Secondly,under the hot summer monsoon,unreasonable shape and elevation form will also hinder the natural ventilation of the high-rise office building skirt room.These problems will cause the high-power operation of the air conditioning system in the office building.Unnecessary energy loss is not conducive to the energy-saving requirements of high-rise office buildings.By using the favorable natural wind outside the building and avoiding harmful natural wind,combining with the correlation between the wind environment around the high-rise building skirt house and the shape and site of its skirt house,this paper reasonably deals with the shape and site planning of the skirt house in order to optimize the surrounding wind environment and provide a good environment for crowd activities around the skirt house.In order to create a comfortable living environment under high density,reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning system and reduce the adverse impact of wind environment on urban environment of high-rise buildings.To hope to provide reference for energy-saving design of high-rise buildings in cold regions.
