基于BIM的住宅建筑产品库研究——以重庆市某住宅建筑BIM产品库项目为例

建筑工程BIM设计相对于传统的二维CAD设计具有多重优势,其中建筑可视化、高效计算工程量和设计周期短等优势为设计阶段工作带来了巨大的变革.以BIM为基础的住宅产品库可作为一种新的建筑设计解决方案,使设计单位能够减少设计时间,提高设计效率,提升设计质量,也能使业主单位提高管理效率,建立良好的品牌效应.因此,本文依托项目实例形成基于BIM技术的住宅建筑产品库设计流程,并利用重庆市大竹林住宅建筑项目实际数据和资料,在设计时间、成本多个指标下对住宅建筑BIM产品库设计与传统BIM设计进行比较,得出结论.

Architectural engineering BIM design has multiple advantages over traditional two-dimensionalCAD design.Among them,the advantages of architectural visualization,efficient computational engineering,and short design cycle have brought about tremendous changes in the design phase.The BIM-based residential product library can be used as a new architectural design solution,enabling design units to reduce design time,improve design efficiency,improve design quality,and enable owners to improve management efficiency and build a good brand effect.Therefore,this paper relies on project examples to form a residential building product library design process based on BIM technology,and uses the actual data and data of Dazhulin residential building in Chongqing project to design and traditionally design BIM product library for residential buildings under various design time and cost indicators.The BIM design is compared and conclusions are drawn.
