新兵首次强负荷训练后血清肌钙蛋白I、肿瘤坏死因子-α和超敏C反应蛋白的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨首次强负荷训练对新兵血清肌钙蛋白I(TnI)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法随机抽取解放军某部2017年10月入伍1个月的120名健康男性新兵为研究对象,按照1:1随机分为两组:强负荷训练组(负重15 kg跑步5 km,n=60)和常规训练组(一般队列训练,n=60)。两组分别于训练当日晨安静状态(训练前)和训练后次日晨安静状态抽取空腹静脉血,分离血清,检测血清TnI、TNF-α和hs-CRP,对比观察两组训练前后各项指标的变化。结果两组新兵训练前血清TnI、TNF-α和hs-CRP均在正常范围,两组各指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。常规训练组训练后与训练前基线值比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);强负荷训练组训练后上述指标较训练前基线值均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且明显高于常规训练组训练后水平,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新兵入伍后首次强负荷5 km越野跑可导致心肌损伤和血清TnI、TNF-α和hs-CRP升高,提示循序渐进的适应性训练可能有效防止心肌损伤的发生,提高新兵的心脏功能和训练效果。 Objective To investigate the effects of the first intense training on serum troponin I(TnI),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in recruits.Methods A total of 120 male military recruits were included and randomized to two groups in October,2017.The intensive training group(n=60)was arranged to run for 5 km and the common training group(n=60)was arranged to common train.The levels of serum TnI,TNF-αand hs-CRP were measured in the two groups on the morning of the train day,and were reviewed at the next morning of training.The indexes of above were compared in two groups before and after training.Results Serum TnI,TNF-αand hs-CRP were in the normal range before training.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the training group and the pre-training baseline values after training(P>0.05).The above indexes were significantly higher than those before training in the training group(P<0.05).And significantly higher than the training level of the regular training group,the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The first heavy load of 5 km trail running after recruits can lead to myocardial injury and elevated serum TnI,TNF-αand hs-CRP,suggesting that progressive adaptive training may effectively prevent myocardial injury and improve the heart function and training effect of recruits.
