摘要
采用不同基质对油茶(Camellia oleifera)的扦插芽苗分别进行室内温室、室外拱棚内移栽,对这2种环境下生长的油茶容器苗的成活率及其茎叶、新梢、根等生长量进行调查。结果表明:室外拱棚内生长的油茶容器苗成活率要高于温室,平均高出13.19%;地上地下各部分生物量显著高于温室,尤其是根系生物量增长,移栽于室外拱棚内的容器苗各项指标均优于温室。结合室内外9种基质的油茶容器苗生物量数据的分析,表明基质Ⅴ与Ⅵ显著促进了油茶容器苗生长量的累积。
Seedlings of Camellia oleifera were transplanted and cultured indoor and outdoor with different substrates.Transplanting survival rate and growths of stem,leaf,shoot and root of C.oleifera container seedlings were investigated.Results showed that survival rate of C.oleifera container seedlings planting outdoor was higher than indoor by 13.19%.Biomasses of aboveground and underground were higher than indoor as well.Outside was beneficial for root system growth.Indexes of seedlings transplanted outdoor were better than indoor.Biomass data of C.oleifera container seedlings planted on 9 substrates indoor and outdoor were comprehensively analyzed.Substrates V and VI had obvious promoting effects on growth of seedlings.
